Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Euvapes.
1. Age restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products from this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to carry out age verification checks and to cancel any order where age cannot be verified.
2. Products
We sell disposable and refillable vaping devices intended solely for adult consumers. Nicotine is an addictive substance; our products are intended for adult smokers or existing nicotine users only. All product descriptions, specifications and images are provided for information only, and we may modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
3. Orders & contract formation
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. An order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance — a binding contract is formed only once your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, regulatory restrictions or stock availability.
4. Prices & payment
All prices are displayed in EUR unless otherwise stated. We accept major payment methods, including Visa and Mastercard. We may change prices at any time; the price applicable to your order is the price shown at checkout at the time of purchase.
5. Shipping
We ship to selected countries in Europe. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, border controls or other events beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure that vaping products may legally be purchased, imported and used in your country of residence. Any customs duties, import taxes or regulatory fees (where applicable) are your responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
6. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order. To exercise this right, notify us in writing at support@euvapes.com before the withdrawal period expires. Returned products must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened vaping products cannot be returned. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law. Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of return. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Defects & warranty
We guarantee that products are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. If you receive a defective product, notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. Where a defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorised modification or normal wear and tear. Your statutory rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Euvapes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is not permitted under mandatory consumer protection laws.
9. Regulatory compliance
It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws regarding the purchase, importation and use of vaping products. We do not guarantee that products comply with the specific regulatory requirements of every jurisdiction.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images and branding — is the property of Euvapes or its licensors and may not be reproduced, copied or distributed without prior written permission.
11. Force majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where it results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transport disruptions, government actions, regulatory changes or supply chain interruptions.
12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms limits your right to bring proceedings in your home country where required by applicable consumer protection law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on this website at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
